We support individuals and families who are adjusting to new health and wellness needs due to medical events, mobility challenges, or long-term care requirements. Whether you’re just beginning this journey or have been navigating it for a while, we’re here to provide guidance, resources, and referrals to services that make daily life feel more normalized.

We provide:

• Personalized Family Coaching: One-on-one support to help families navigate available resources and make
  informed decisions.

• Referral to Trusted Service Providers: A vetted network of businesses offering adaptive wellness services, such as home modifications, self-care, and daily living assistance.

• Community & Educational Support: Speaking engagements and advocacy to educate and empower families
  and caregivers.

Not at all! We offer specialized support for both children and adults. No matter your age, we’re here to provide guidance, resources, and community.

We work closely with families to help them plan for transitions, whether they are preparing for a loved one’s return home from the hospital or adapting to new care needs. We offer step-by-step guidance, making sure they have access to the right services, such as integrative therapies, mobility vehicle care, and essential home care solutions.

We connect families with a variety of trusted service providers, including:

• Home modification experts (ramps, lifts, grab bars, etc.)

• Personal care services (hair, nail, and wellness professionals)

• Integrativewellness services (massage therapy, mobility-focused fitness)

• Practical support (handyman services, car detailing,room cleaning, creative alterations and medical accents )

• And more – we continue to expand our network based on the needs of the families we serve.

If you or a loved one are facing new challenges due to a medical event or mobility change and need guidance on where to find support, we can help. We take the guesswork out of the process and provide practical, personalized solutions.

Today, Just in Time Adaptive Wellness is not covered by insurance. However, some of the services we refer families to—such as home modifications or therapy—may be covered depending on your provider. We can help you explore options that align with your financial situation.

No. While some of our service providers are regional, our family coaching and guidance services are available to anyone, anywhere. We work with families virtually and can help connect you with resources in your area whenever possible. Many of our service providers also deliver their services via Zoom or FaceTime.
